Eight week courses, mini-courses and tailored sessions can be delivered in-person or online. They can be taught in:

One to one sessions

Workshops can be arranged on a range of subjects for the general community, workplaces and schools.
Workshops
These are useful for people who have an established mindfulness practice and simply to create some space from the busy-ness of life and time for resting in a mindfulness practice. These help with by continually motivating people to continue to use their practices and may help to address a need that is arising in our day to day lives.
Individual one-hour mindfulness sessions
4 x 1 hour sessions, offering a core set of exercises, approaches and mindfulness practices to support you to create more mindful moments in daily life. This can be tailored to your individual needs or may be a group offering.
A mini mindfulness program
Occasional drop in mindfulness sessions, to connect and practice with others and together and grow the sense of community.
