I am a qualified, experienced and registered Mindfulness teacher, with over fifteen years experience of bringing mindfulness practices into my own life. I provide teaching in mindfulness to adults and children, and specialise in bringing mindfulness to those with ADHD, helping to implement useful and transformative strategies into their daily lives.
Mindfulness, Breathwork and wellbeing practices have enabled me to move from survival mode towards flourishing, and cope better with the chaos and challenges that life can bring.
With over 30 years teaching practice, I am passionate about sharing knowledge and skills that can inspire others to experience the same.
